The Northern Lights District is part of the Circle 10 Council serving the Scouts of North Plano.
We strive to foster the aims of scouting: character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness.

The Northern Lights District is about to conclude another very successful year! Join us at the 3rd Annual northern Lights District Recognition Dinner to honor the achievements of our District, our adult volunteers and units, and, most importantly, our 2014 Class of Eagle Scouts.

Camporee 2015 Patch Contest

The Northern Lights Camporee Committee is looking for some artistic scouts and scouters to help with designing the patch for the 2015 event. The theme is 'Scouting Throught Time'. Please see the flyer for more details including patch size, due date, and entry information.

As Baden Powell once said, every scout deserves a trained leader. Please check out the district training availble to you. Not only will you learn a thing or two about the subject at hand, but you will meet others in your area with similar goals.
